She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Blair; her parents, Earl Ouderkirk and Clara Ouderkirk (MacIntosh); and her siblings, Keith Ouderkirk, Dale Ouderkirk, Lorna Reightley, Ruth Cramb and Iva Kimberly.
She is survived by: her sons, Terrence (Cathy), Richard (Dawn) and Peter; her siblings, Doris Porter of Ottawa and Billie Lorraine McNutt; her grandchildren, Jonathan (Christena), Justin (Erin), Coleman, Logan, Connor, Adam and Thomas (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Miranda, Jessica, Ava, Kip, Gunnar, Mason and Makenna.
Due to the current pandemic, a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
