He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Short (Stewart) and Burnis Short. He is survived by: his wife Beth Short (Angus); his sibling Delburn Short (late Melanie Daye) of Cornwall; his nieces and nephews, Kara Filion (Chris), Chris Short (Anita) of Winchester and William Vrieswyk (Kelly) of Oshawa; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron, Grant, Kalynn, Brendan and Andre; and his sister-in-law Wilma Graham (Roy) of Sudbury.
Donations to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital, Pulmonary Unit or St. Luke's-Knox Presbyterian Church, Finch would be appreciated.
