She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ouderkirk and Sybil Ouderkirk; and her stepson Ricky Young (Sylvia). She is survived by: her husband Richard Young; her children, Kathy (Richard) of Newington, Danny (Sheila) of Russell, Cindy (David) of Dunbar, Donna (Glen) of Ingleside and Randy of Dunbar; her siblings, Linda (Nick Deveaux) of Winchester and Brian Ouderkirk of Chesterville; her stepson Clinton Young (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Ross, Justin, Jaydan, Amanada, Meagan, Matthew, Brooke, Melissa, Riley, Lyndsay, Dylon, William, Josh and Hunter Atreyu; and her great grandchildren, Theo, Meadow, Colin, Jane, Teddy, Walter, Harlie and Abby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
