We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Diane Carter of Ingleside, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Steven Carter (Erin); her brother Neil Gowsell; and her parents, Norbert Gowsell and Carrie Gowsell. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Carter; her son Jeff Carter (Leigh-Ann) of Ingleside; her grandchildren, Emma, Adam, Owen and Olivia; and her siblings, Sonia Godwin (late Eric) of Ingleside, Jane McDonell (Robert) of Williamstown and George Gowsell (Karen) of Long Sault.

Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or to the Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
