She was predeceased by: her husband Reginald "Ted" Viner; her grandson John Allen; and her parents, John Boyd and Mary Boyd. She is survived by: her daughter Rosemary MacMillan of Ingleside; her grandchildren, Ewen, Patricia and Laurie; and her great grandchildren, Alyson, Myles, Maisy, James and Thomas.
