He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Burnett; his daughters, Heather Irwin (Jeff), Teresa Graham (Jason) and Catherine Kaye (Shawn); and his siblings, Elaine Cook (Guy), Mary Willms (Ken), Alistar Burnett (Karen) and Marlene Burnett (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
