He was predeceased by: his parents, Tryntjie Boersma (Teresa) and Sjoerd Boersma (Stuart). He is survived by: his sons, Shawn (Lindsay), Jack and Spencer (Jared); his grandson Henry; and his siblings, Elsie Griffioen, Kathy Roberts, Casey, Wilma VanLoon, John, David, Helen Heming and Alice VanLoon.
