He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Mills and Sarah Mills; and his brothers, Cecil and Clyde. He is survived by: his wife Rosealie E. Mills (Dean); his children, Katherine Greene, Robert S. Mills, Sharry L. Mills (Jim), Carolyn J. Mills (Cliff) and Pamela J. Mills (Brent); and his siblings, Margorie, Edna, Una and Roy.
