He was predeceased by: his spouse Agnus Dunham (Helen Haney); his siblings, Charles and Betty; his nieces, Anita and Jacquie (John); and his nephew Billy.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Cathy Curtis (Ed), Denise Burdon and Deb Rylance (Al); his stepgrandchildren, Chad Curtis, Jessica Curtis, Steven Shewan, Nicole Shewan, Shannon Vink and Andrea Vink; his sibling Dorothy Orton; and his nieces and nephews, Kerry Dimitrick (Mike), Linda Lucas (Martin Mason-Grant), Deborah Orton, Virginia Zazulak, Jerry Lucas and Sandra Retzer (late Ed). He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
