Stuart Melanson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stuart Melanson (Ilderton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Poppy" Melanson and Freda Melanson; his in-laws, Bill and Lucille Evans; and his grand-puppy Junior.

He is survived by: his children, Laura Mitchell (Ben) and Jason Melanson (Shauna); his grandchildren, William, Emma Mitchell and Remeny Melanson; his siblings, Paul Melanson (Judy), Lynne Stewart (late Rob), Allan Melanson (Tammy), George Melanson, Donna Fawcett (Jeff) and Karen (Jim Dorman); and also Linda.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at 22596 Highbury Ave N, Ilderton, ON N0M2A0.

In lieu of flowers or donations, we ask that you take a moment to hug your spouse, child, grandchild, friend (furry and/or human), or have a campfire and roast some hot dogs.
