He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Michele (DeCourcy); his children, Nicole (Pattyn), Kevin Lefebvre, Robert, Cheryl Pattyn (Shipley), Jules and Sarah Pattyn (Cabral); his grandchildren, Sophie, Andre, Margot Lefebvre, Brittany, Matthew, Ethan Pattyn, Isabella and Olivia Pattyn; his parents, Robert Pattyn and Jeannine Pattyn; his siblings, Linda (Ronald Vandendriessche), Juliana (David Marr), Mary Ann (Steven Montour), Emil (Debbie Pattyn) and Robert Pattyn Jr.; his parents-in-law, Joseph DeCourcy and Maureen (McCabe); and his siblings-in-law, MaryJo DeCourcy, Gord Patterson, Paulette DeCourcy and Don McGillawee.

Due to Provincial COVID-19 restrictions, each person must RSVP for the visitation in the funeral home.
