He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hord and Irene Hord (Hudson); and his brother Murray Hord. He is survived by: his spouse Leilah Hord (Ashton); his children, Philip Hord (Christy Huntley) of Carlisle, Mark Hord of Sault Ste and Marie; his grandchildren, Clarke, Dylan of Sault Ste and Marie; and his siblings, Ken Hord of Rockwood, Louise Hord of Lambeth and Susan Ashton of Wyoming. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
