He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy William Rows and Elva Marguerite (MacNaughton); his wife Ruth (Watson); his grandson Kevin; his family Bill; his children, Lee-Ann Rand (Marvin) of Huntsville, Kevin Rows of Huntsville and Robert Rows of Oshawa; his grandchildren, Amanda Woods, Jordan Rows, Kaleb Rand (Grace) and Saige Rand (Tylor); his great grandchild Everlee Dunn; his siblings, Stanley LeBeau (Suzanne) of Peterborough, Victoria Curry of Peterborough and Dianne Boyd (Ralph) of Bracebridge; and his sister-in-law Marie Allen of Huntsville. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Fairvern Nursing Home, Muskoka Hills Retirement Villa, or South Muskoka Memorial Hospital.
