He was predeceased by: his spouse Sandra Chochlowsky; and his sibling Heinz Teetz. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Chochlowsky, Aaron Chochlowsky and Sasha Chochlowsky (Jennifer Filippelli); his grandchildren, Alexzander Chochlowsky and Samantha Chochlowsky; his sibling Gunter Teetz (Irma); and his sister-in-law Dawn Chamberlain (Dwayne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
