He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou (Clugston); his children, Dawn Elisabeth Whitehead (Kevin William Smith) and Todd Gordon Fraser Whitehead (Karla Jennings); and his grandchildren, Hunter and Charlotte Smith. He is also survived by his many relatives and friends.
