He is survived by: his close friend Debra West; his siblings, Terri (Bill), Danny (Allison), Jamie (Ruth) and Jaci (Brady); his children, Jason (Diana), Tara (Keith), Pamela (Phil), Shane (Kristen), Lisa (Matt) and Angie (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Greg, Geena, Lucas, Ethan, Cai, Izaya, Carson, Avery, Quinn, Kate, Drew, Soren and Kyla. He is also survived by extended family and his many, many friends.
