She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Stephen (Rosanne), Jenny-Nicole (Neil) and Chad (Tera); her grandchildren, Bailey, Rachel, Olivia, Calvin, Charlotte and Christine; her parents, Frank Oakley and Winifred Oakley; and her husband Don Case.

When the cancer returned in 2020, she bravely faced treatment again during the COVID pandemic.
