She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Christine Enders (Cameron), Martha Johnston (Allan) and John Power (Melanie); her grandchildren, Kristen, Melissa, Ben and Sam; her stepgrandsons, Phil and Justin (Holly); her stepgreat-grandchild Terra; her parents, Lucy Symes and James Symes; her aunt Pearl; her uncle John Brown; her former husband Hartley G. Holmberg; her husband John R. Power (Jack); and her friend June Trayes.

Covid-19 has made the last year so difficult on so many levels. Fortunately, during the pandemic, Muskoka Shores Community Care designated her son as an essential caregiver, which allowed him to visit her face to face, so that they could FaceTime family members, on a regular basis.
