We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2023, at the age of 46, Nicole Carolyn Gilbert (Huntsville, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Les Gilbert and Carolyn Gilbert; her brothers, Michael, Paul and Ross; her sisters-in-law, Jan, Heather and Wiarda Joy; and her nieces and nephews, Hannah, Madelyn, Zoe, Bella, Faith, Andrew, Matthew, Owen and Caleb.

In April 2020, when covid restrictions were announced, she moved back with her parents.

Since hearing about Nicole’s passing I’ve continually thought about how wonderful her arrival in heaven must have been with her knowing clearly where she was and that she no longer experienced anything but perfect health. Gail and I so wish we could be there on Friday but as you already know we’re still in Virginia. We will be in touch when we get back and are able to get up north to see Gail’s dad.”
