He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; his sister Eileen McDonald; his children, Suzanne Ambrosio (Dan Gravelle) and Stephen Hay (Michaela); and his grandchildren, Christopher Pincivero, Lucas Hay and Maggie Hay. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Stephenson District Lions Club at stephensonlions.ca or Hospice Huntsville at hospicehuntsville.com in Nick's memory.
