He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Karen (Gordon Shepherdly), Megan, Rachel, Laura (Anthony Stathopoulos), Gregory and Evie; his brothers, David Maxwell (Barbara) and Stephen Maxwell (Arlene); his friends, Clarence Gautier and Wally Moore; and also, Adrienne Kikkawa (Christopher Carpenter), Grayson, Madeleine, Gwenith Kikkawa (Kevin Alexander), Luna Carone, Diane Wheeler and Sandi Gallant.
