Katharine Ford Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katharine Ford of Huntsville, Ontario, who passed away on October 5, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas John Kern (Jack) and Jerrine Kern (Ferris); and her siblings, John Ferris Kern (Joan) and Barbara Mann (Larry). She is survived by: her children, Brian Douglas (Cynthia), David Alan and Gail Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Ryan Ford (Dana), Saxon Guptill, Kyle Ford, Hailey Guptill and Megan Ford; and her great grandchildren, Cole and Clayton Ford.
In keeping with Covid-19 restrictions; fascial coverings, contact tracing and distancing of 2 meters will be strictly adhered to.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation in lieu of flowers.
