She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jean (Ivars), Keith (Lee), Dalton Mark, Bruce, Kathryn (Brian) and James (Susi); her grandchildren, Christian, Jesse, Eva, Erin, Tyler, Sean, Gabriel, Meghan, Joel, Lexi, Pam, Bailey and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Vizma, Levon, Adreianna, Blake, Bennet, Liam, Quinn, Arianna, Hunter, Dezeray, Willow and William; her husband Philip Rumney; her siblings, Kathleen, Marion, Ron and Jean; and her parents, Roland Healey and Eva Healey.

In Joyce's memory donations may be made to the Hospice Huntsville/Algonquin Grace organization.

“By chance I have seen Joyce’s obituary, I can’t tell you how sad I am, she was such a big part of Murrin’s and my formative years, and both she and Phil were cherished friends of our parents Ila and Harold (Mum was known as Doc, from Guide camp). Her creative talents knew no limits, I have so many things I treasure, and more so as the years go by. Phil too, was very gifted, I’m sure some of those genes have been passed down to all of you!
