He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Botting; his parents, Mary Botting and James Botting; and his brother Norman. He is survived by: his sister Bernice McAughey (Gerald "Jerry") of Paris; his stepson Dana MacDonald; and his sister-in-law Brenda Botting (Alberta) of Edmonton. He is also survived by three nephews, three nieces and their families and his friends.
