He is survived by: his wife Emer Feldkamp; his daughters, Christine and Carolina; his granddaughter Catherine; his stepdaughters, Kathy (Jamie) and Karen (John); and his stepgrandchildren, Hannah, Gwyneth, Grace and Clare. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
