She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rickward and Mahalah Rickward of South Porcupine; and her siblings, Robert Rickward (Irene), Mildred Watts (Edward), Kay Woodruff (Loren) and Helen Gilchrist (Carroll).
She is survived by: her husband Norman Newman; her children, Brenda Greer, Karen Woroch (Chris) and Dale Newman (Susan); her grandchildren, Bethany, Jamie (Christina), Karissa (James), Carly (Paul) and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jacob, Brooklynn, Issac and Lucas; her brother Harvey Rickward (Verna); and her friends, Lori Gray, Andrea and Scott Chatterson.
