He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas Appleyard; and his grandparents, Henry, Henrietta Appleyard, Edison and Lorraine Broadbent.
He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Appleyard and Eileen Appleyard; his siblings, Rick Appleyard (Bev), James Appleyard (Amanda), Raymond Appleyard and Joyce Green (Marvin); his children, Dillion, Ryan and Damon; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew (Kayla), Taylor (Cody), Norman, Savannah, Quinton, Jackson, Rayna, Denim and Kayden.
