He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Crooks and Edith Crooks; his wife Gloria; and his siblings, Morley, Denis, Ruby, Shirley, Mary, Muriel, Grace and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his son David (Leona); his grandchildren, Jenna (Nick), Shelby and Austin; his great grandchildren, Kaylynn and Marshall; and his brother Orland Crooks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
