She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Susan; and her siblings, Miriam, Beth and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, John Tipper (Joyce), Barbra Richardson (Reed) and Gary Tipper (Diane); her grandchildren, Amy (Josh), Ann (Brandon), Keith (Soizic), Jared (Tanya), Joel, Bryan and Cheryl; and her siblings, Norm, Bert and Mary.
