He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Philp (Ward) and Frank Philp. He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Philp (Debbie) of Holland Landing and Gordon Philp of Muskoka; his nephew Kevin Philp (Shanni) of Burlington; and his niece Cindy Backus (Mark) of Pefferlaw. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
