He was predeceased by: his sister Lillian Hazard. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Perry; his children, Ted Perry, Don Perry (Bonnie) and Kathy Connelly Brad (Clayton); and his grandchildren, Jim, Vicki, Chad, Kailee, Amy, Brennan, Jessica, Cody, Trevor, Tyler and Travis. He is also survived by his nieces, their families and his many friends.
