He is survived by: his wife Barbara MacKay; his children, Darrin MacKay (Ann) and Donna Collins (Keith); his grandchildren, Colin MacKay, Craig MacKay, Shaun Collins (Paige), Kristopher Collins and Emily Collins; and his sibling Sadly. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
