He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Quinn and Iva Quinn; and his sister Norma Stickland (late Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Janice Quinn (late Paul), Dennis Quinn (Rose) and Dale Quinn (Jackie); his grandchildren, Brenna, Patrick, Leslie, Marshall, Bayley, Holly and Lydia; his great grandchild Clark; and his siblings, Evelyn Campbell (late Malcolm) and Averil Harvey (Dennis).
