He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ross Payne and Emma Payne; his children, Courtney Payne (Matt Heavens) and Evan Payne; his pet Newt; his brothers, Brian Payne (Barbara) and Mark Payne (Kwan); his niece Denise; his great-nieces, Rei and Natasha; and his great-nephew Richard. He was also cherished by his extended family and many friends.
