He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Eunice MacCormack; his children, Michael MacCormack (Angelique) and Michelle MacCormack; his grandchildren, Ruari, Stuart, Fiona, Maria, Kora and Karma; his siblings, Jean Ferguson (Don), Don (Alice), Jerry (Carol Anne), Christine, Ron (Joy), Dennis MacCormack, Bernie, Allan and John; and his parents, Alexander MacCormack and Stella MacCormack.
