It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wladyslaw Kozlowski of Hornepayne, Ontario, who passed away on December 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Wladyslaw Kozlowski to show support.

He was predeceased by: his significant other Maria; his son Peter; and his siblings, Bronislaw, Tadeusz, Kazimierz, Jan, Mieczyslaw, Helena, Janina, Stefania, Bronislawa, Stanislawa, Joanna and Lechoslaw.

He is survived by: his children, Teresa Barrie (Mike), Roman Sudbury (Lilianne), Marian Hornepayne (Linda) and Helen; and his grandchildren, Rikki, Cory, Alexandra, Vanessa, Jurney, Briggs, Kwest and Skyler.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral ceremony will be held at Holy Name of Jesus Church with interment to follow at the Hornepayne Cemetery.

As a token of sympathy, memorial donations to the Hornepayne Community Hospital Long Term Care Unit would be appreciated.
