He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Lewis and Verna Lewis; his father-in-law John Webster; and his brother-in-law Brian Carey. He is survived by: his spouse Lynne Lewis; his children, Kelly Cherry (Brad) and Jaclyn Dingwall (Ben); his grandchild Blakely Dingwall; his brother Don Lewis (Sharon); his mother-in-law Sheila Webster; his sister-in-law Arthur Webster (Danette); and also, Sandra Carey (Bob Gandy) and Philip Webster (Marilynn).
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation or Cancer Patient Services would be appreciated by the family.
