He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Mensink and Betty Mensink; his sister Sonya Mensink; his parents-in-law, Douglas and Doreen Dale; and his brother-in-law Steven Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Tracey Mensink; his children, Frank Dale (Katrina Forbes), Kassaundra Mensink (Matthew Martin) and Amanda Mensink (Robie Jasperson); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mackenzie, William, Carmen, Octtavia, Titan, Deklan and Katelyn; his sister Patricia (Wayne Hogan); his siblings-in-law, Douglas Dale Jr. and Jessie Dale (Rod Cake); his pets, Daisy, Joey and Kono; and his grandchild Kacie.
The Queensway South, Keswick. on Tuesday, July 20th from 1:00 p. m. – 3:00 p. m. Followed by a Private Funeral Service at 3:00 p. m. by invitation only. (Social distancing, contact tracing and wearing of masks are mandatory).
