She was predeceased by: her husband Stanisław; and her sibling Stanisława. She is survived by: her son Roman (Christine); her grandchildren, Margaret, Dorothy and Jolanta (Gary); her great grandchildren, Emily, Eric, Lyla, Daxton and Gage; and her nephew Czesław.
Due to COVID19 restrictions, registration is required to attend the visitation and service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Hedwig's Church Renovation Fund.
