He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rowe and Ruth Rowe (Dawson); his wife Helen Rowe (Sullivan); his son C. Douglas Rowe; and his siblings, Carolyn Rowe, Mary Rowe, Robert, Donald and John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Peltier (Michael), Debra Whiston (Rick), Mary Lynn Burk (late Kenneth) and Kimberley Rowe; his grandchildren, Jason Burk (Julie), Kristin Van Every (Jeremy), Lyndsay Burk (Kyle), David Myers (Stephanie), Jonathan Myers, Grace Myers, Elisa Cox (Kyle), Aaron Peltier (Kassandra), Brian Whiston (Karen) and Jason Peltier (Robin); and his brother Albert Rowe. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
