She is survived by: her parent Kelly Osborne; her husband Aaron O'Neill; her mother-in-law Barb O'Neill; her sisters, Amy Carr (Tyrone), Ashley Osborne (Kyle Bender) and Angelica Osborne; her siblings-in-law, Lauren Lucid (late Josh) and Daniel O'Neill; and her nieces and nephews, Dakota, Jersey, Sienna, Maverick, Hailey and Benjamin. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, friends and extended family.

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that all attendees wear a mask and sanitize.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association in memory of Alicia.
