He was predeceased by: his siblings, Murray and Glenn; his parents, Frank Harburn and Madeline Harburn (Walden); his parents-in-law, Adrian and Clazina Timmermans (Rodenburg); and his sister-in-law Nancy Harburn (Corbett).

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Harburn (Timmermans). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
