He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann MacNeil and John Dan MacNeil; and his siblings, Dan, Ambrose, Jerome, Cil, Renie, Liz, Caddie and Josie.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy MacNeil (Fenn); his children, Josie Mortimer (Denys), Mike MacNeil, David MacNeil and Carol Pelletier (Murray); his grandchildren, Christopher (Krista), Angela (Dan), Tony (Alana), Matthew (Anne), Bryan (Amanda), Joey, Lauren, Caelan, Jordyn, Van, Dorothy-Anne, Logan and Lucas; and his sister Dena MacLeod (Leo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or BREATHE – The Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
