He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Haggitt and Tom Haggitt; his father-in-law Albert Skinulus; his sisters-in-law, Mary and Marie; and his nephew Patrick.

He is survived by: his wife Jane Haggitt (Skinulis); his sons, Greg Haggitt (Wendy) and Richard Haggitt (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Emma, Becca, Noah and Oliver; his brothers, George Haggitt and Steven Haggitt; his sister-in-law Joanne Savard; and also Fondly.
