He was predeceased by: his grandson Jeff Taylor; his great grandchild Taylor DeBruyn; his siblings, Gerald Parker, Ken Parker and Dorothy Parker; his brothers-in-law, Doug Wein and Bill Shaddick; his parents, Harold Parker and Dorothy Parker (Corbett); and his mother-in-law Pearl Shaddick (Churchill).

He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Parker (Shaddick); his children, Richard, Judith Parker, Cindy Taylor, Chris Scoyne, Randy, Carolyn Parker, Rod and Tammy Parker; his grandchildren, Tim, Erin (Brian), Ryan (Jeanette), Megan (Brad), Kari (Marty), Kim, Krista, Bryan (Michelle), Brett, Brittany (Paulus), Darren (Kyley), Kayla and Devin (Emily); and his siblings, Geraldine Wein, Patricia (Don Dalton), Marlene Parker and Deb Shaddick.
