He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adamar Bilcke and Marie Bilcke (Vandenameele); his siblings, Esther (Belgium), Simone, Silver, Horace, Martina, Marcel, Marcella, Mariette, Magda, Monique and Mark; his daughter Marie; his wife Mariette DeBackere; his children, Frank Winters of Stratford, John, Janet Bilcke (Kinsman) of Cromarty, Randy and Heather Bilcke (Stephen) of Exeter; and his grandchildren, Sherrlynn (Mark), Pam (Dan), Brendan (Taylor), Curtis (Katie), Matt (Melissa), Carly (Michael), Anna (Drew) and Harrison (Marly). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
