She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Ross and Mary Brain; her husband Guy Lamontagne; and her siblings, Gordon, Harold, Frédéric and Doris.

She is survived by: her children, Gail and Donna; her grandchildren, Daniel, Jonathon, Samantha and Gordon; her pet Miss Charlotte; and her niece Louise. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
