He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Burwash and Freda Forbes; and his siblings, Everett, Vernon, Clayton, Rita and Audrey.
He is survived by: his sibling Sidney; and also, Beryl and Jocelyne. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
