She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Provencal and Margaret Smith. She is survived by: her spouse William Proulx; her children, Wanita (Michel Saumier), LeeAnn (Michael O'Connell) and Daniel (Roxane); and her siblings, Freda Dooley and Kevin Provencal (Murielle).
