He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Roddy and Annie Kernaghan; and his siblings, Mary Waters, Jane Boreham, Rose Nelson, Frank, James, Arthur, George and John Roddy.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Marsh-Roddy; his children, Frank, Stephen (Susan), Linda (Daniel) of Hastings and Susan (Jeff) of Bracebridge; his grandchildren, Jordan (Teresa), Christopher (Summer), Logan, Cole (Elise), Chase (Leah), Kyle (Emma) and Connor; his great grandchildren, Alivia, Amelia, Maeve and Joel; his extended family, Greg (Leigh Anne), Griff (Tracy), Krista (Mario) and Kendra (Norm); his grandchildren, Amy (Lee), Cody (Neely), Tiffany (Bryan), Jeffrey (Shannon), Jessica (Dylan), Emilie (Chris), Jade and Michael (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Lillian, Callan, Hudson, Grace, Tucker, Charlotte, James, William, Elyse, Sophia and Koby; his sisters, Ursula Clarke (Douglas) and Genevieve Palmer; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Roddy and Wayne Marsh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Brett Hastings Chapel (76 Bridge St N, Hastings, ON K0L1Y0). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (51 Albert St E, Hastings, ON K0L1Y0). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery (51 Albert St E, Hastings, ON K0L1Y0).
